The first factor was interference as the heat link was too close (30cm minimum) to the boiler and the possibly that there was arial wiring in the same cupboard causing interference. However when trying to connect, between myself and the customer, we must of spent 2-hours each trying to get it working which included 1-hour trying to connect a new one with no success.<\/p>\n
The problem we found out is that the thermostat won’t connect if it was not on it’s base which we had been doing all the time. Once you have tried to connect it up well it’s not on the base and you try to connect it when you put it back on the base, then it simple won’t connect.<\/p>\n
