Plumbing Estimate Boiler Replacement

To give a plumbing estimate to have a Boiler Replacement we have not included the materials and estimates are based on the allowed time given.

• 112 - The cost to replace a like for like Gas boiler. (To replace a like for like Gas Boiler this would cost £350 which is estimate at 6 hours labour).
• 112/a - The cost to replace a similar Gas boiler. (The cost to replace a similar Gas Boiler this would cost £450 wich is estimate at 9 hours labour).

If there has never been a boiler at the location then the cost to fit a new Boiler will come under the 112/a but does not include the complete instalation as this will need to be further investigated.
